Quality Control

Comparing results of optic scanning or point clouds and/or STL data, obtained from any measurement device with CAD model, Quality Control service is given by reporting compared results. Different methods are being used to transfer CAD model and scanned data to the same reference.
Mostly used two principle methods as follows:
  1. Reference Superpose: Reference forming plane of a product , fixture or mold in the CAD data and the measured point clouds are superposed with the help of vector and point.
  2. Optimal Superposed :With a placement called “Best Fit”, point clouds automatically superposed to the CAD data coordinates in an optimal geometric way.
Differences between the measurements obtained in 3 D graphic environment and the CAD model are given as a color scale. Perpendicularity, circularity, geometric differences measurements are performed on intended areas or cross-sections in the scanned data. Quality Control report confirming with ANSI/ASME Y14.5 standards can be generated from CAD data having LMC and MMC materials terms. These results are handed over to our customers in common formats suck as Html or Excell.

Standımızda Otomotiv Sanayi,Savunma Sanayi ve Beyaz Eşya sektörü başta olmak üzere pek çok farklı sektörde vücuda getirdiğimiz projeler ve diğer çalışmalar sergilenerek ziyaretçilerimiz tarafından yoğun ilgi gördü .
